It has now become common knowledge that the Manchester based migration consultancy Four Corners Emigration has ceased operations. This has no doubt come as a shock to many people who have paid Four Corners for their services and to assist them in gaining visas. It would also appear that most, if not all, existing client files have been passed from Four Corners to another agency.
Notwithstanding the legal and ethical issues that this raises, there will no doubt be very real uncertainty and concerns for existing clients who are now left wondering where they stand. It would appear from various web forums that there may be some form of blatant profiteering being attempted at the expense of innocent people who have been caught up in the middle of this whole mess.
It is an acknowledged fact that trying to “take over” a file from one organization to another can be a nightmare and is most often wrought with problems and issues.
