Honesty
We are always honest and "up front" in our dealings with any person who makes an enquiry regarding our services and their ability to secure residence in Australia. This encompasses every aspect of the enquiry from initial eligibility assessment to addressing any changes to immigration legislation during the processing of the visa application.
If we do not believe that you are able to secure a residence visa for Australia we will tell you straight. If we do believe that you are able to secure residence in Australia we will explain all the pro's and con's involved before you ever commit to the process. We will tell it like it is … good or bad.
Professionalism
At all times any enquiry, question or advice given regarding gaining Australian residence will be dealt with by our registered migration agent. Every aspect of the visa application process will be undertaken by our registered migration agent. The visa application will be represented at every stage by our migration specialist who will deal with all government and other statutory bodies on behalf of our clients.
Customer Service
Access Migration Services operates a self-imposed limit of no more than 150 residence applications each year (less than 3 per week). This allows our staff the time to provide the correct amount of attention to each application and more importantly the very highest standards of customer service to each client. We guarantee that clients will not wait more than 24 hours for a return phone call or response to an email. Advice relating to the status of an application will be provided to clients within 24 hours of receipt. We understand the importance of keeping clients informed and up to date.
Committment
Our commitment to all Access Migration Services clients is to undertake the necessary actions within our power to ensure that a successful outcome (visa grant) is achieved in the shortest possible time frame. We will undertake to assist with any/all appeal processes and will exhaust all available avenues to meet client expectations.
Service Fees
At Access Migration Services we believe that we provide the most competitive fee structure in the UK migration industry. We believe that our fees represent exceptional value for the level of service we provide. We are so confident that our fees will not be beaten that if you can show us proof that another UK agency will provide the end to end services of a migration specialist for the same visa application at a lower fee, we will beat it by 5% - no questions asked.
