Child Adoption Australia - Visa Subclass 102

• The child must have been adopted or be in the process of being adopted by an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.

• The child must be under 18 years old at time of application.

• The child must be sponsored by the Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen adopter.

• All applicants must satisfy health requirements.

• Applicants 16 years or over must satisfy character requirements.

• Application can only be made outside of Australia

• This visa provides permanent residence at visa grant.
