Service Seller

Applicants applying as a service seller must:

  • Be a representative of an overseas service supplier.
  • Have the relevant skills and experience for the position.
  • All applicants over 16 years of age must meet health and character requirements.
  • Show that the overseas service supplier is actively engaged in business in Australia, by providing details of:

1. The business activities of the overseas service supplier and their plans to expand their trade in Australia.

2. How the service seller proposes to represent the supplier in Australia.

3. How the service seller intends to support themself and any family members for the length of their stay in Australia.

  • A temporary visa only will be granted.
